Is This You or Your Child?
You’ve tried everything. You’ve changed your diet more times than you can count. You’ve spent a small fortune on supplements. You're tired of feeling like you're constantly searching for answers. You want someone to listen, look at the bigger picture and help you make sense of what's going on. That's exactly where allergy therapy can help.
You don’t need to know what’s causing your symptoms before you book.
Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, frustrated and unsure where to turn next. Together, we'll take the time to explore the bigger picture and create a personalised plan based on your individual needs.
Free 15 Minute Discovery Call
Free
If you're wondering whether allergy therapy is right for you, a free 15-minute discovery call is the perfect place to start.
This is an informal, no-obligation conversation where we'll discuss your main health concerns, what you're hoping to achieve and whether my approach is likely to be a good fit for your needs. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about allergy therapy, muscle testing or the treatment process.
My aim is simply to help you decide on the best next step, whether that's booking an initial consultation or exploring another option that's more appropriate for you.
Initial Full Allergy Therapy Consultation
£120
Your initial consultation is designed to give us a complete picture of your health. We'll begin by taking a detailed medical history and discussing your symptoms, lifestyle and health concerns in depth.
We'll then carry out a safe, non-invasive and painless muscle test, screening over 200 potential allergens and environmental stressors. This process usually takes around 30–40 minutes, and many clients are fascinated by how the testing works and the insights it provides.
Before you leave, we'll discuss your results in detail and create a personalised treatment plan. If homeopathic desensitisation remedies are recommended, I'll explain exactly what is needed and why. Where appropriate, you'll also receive practical dietary and nutritional guidance to support your body's ability to restore balance and resilience.
Follow Up Consultation
£80
Follow-up consultations are an opportunity to review your progress, celebrate any improvements and explore any new or ongoing symptoms. We'll discuss how you've responded to your treatment plan, reassess your health using muscle testing, and make any adjustments needed to support your next stage of healing.
Where appropriate, we'll review your current remedies, identify any new priorities for treatment and update your personalised plan. Dietary and nutritional advice can also be provided where needed, ensuring your protocol continues to evolve alongside your progress.
Every follow-up is tailored to you, with the aim of helping your body become more balanced, resilient and better able to function as it was designed to.
Many people assume allergy therapy is only for hay fever or food allergies, but its scope is much broader.
Persistent symptoms such as eczema, digestive problems, fatigue, brain fog, headaches, recurrent infections and other ongoing health concerns can all have multiple contributing factors. Rather than focusing on one symptom in isolation, I take a personalised approach that looks at the bigger picture to identify what may be placing strain on your body.
Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, with the aim of supporting your body to become more balanced, resilient and better able to function as it was designed to.
FAQs
I don’t think I have “allergies”, can you still help me?
1
Absolutely. People come to see me for a whole host of health and wellness symptoms. I help people experiencing allergies, sensitivities and other chronic health concerns.
Do I need to have a diagnosed allergy?
2
No. Many of my clients come to me with ongoing health concerns such as eczema, digestive issues, fatigue, headaches or recurring symptoms without knowing what's causing them. Allergy therapy takes a personalised approach to explore the bigger picture.
What is muscle testing?
3
Muscle testing uses the body’s own physiological feedback when exposed to a stressor. Your body is constantly scanning the environment, much beyond what our conscious mind can comprehend, and we can use this to expose the body to specific frequencies and measure its response. It is completely painless and non-invasive.
Can you treat children?
4
Absolutely, and children are very responsive to allergy therapy. The treatment is safe, effective and can be used on all ages.
